The district is designed with a focus on sustainability and nature integration.
A blue-green tract runs through the center of the district, integrating nature from the adjacent forest and river into the development.
This nature trail is planned as a safe pedestrian connection between the surrounding city and the river.

The district features mixed housing arranged in clusters of 15-20 units.
Each cluster includes a green courtyard designed for community activities and gardens.
The buildings will be 1-3 storeys high.

These green courtyards connect to the larger green tract, creating a network of green spaces that extends throughout the district.
Pedestrian paths link the various clusters, making the district predominantly car-free, with pocket car-parks located near the clusters at the district boundary.

In addition to residential spaces, the district includes mixed-use facilities such as small businesses, retail stores, and educational or care facilities.
