- NATURAL WATER TREATMENT The rainwater of the development is led through a series of waterfalls & ponds.It is treated by natural processes.
- REED BEDS Reed beds are used as a natural water filter.They also provide natural habitats for local wildlife.
- LOCAL ECOSYSTEM The former industrial site was remediated. It now hosts a rich biodiversity of plants and wildife, creating its own ecosystem.
- CONNECTION TO WATER Elements like bridges and wooden decks allow residents to engage with the water
-CANAL PARK A manmade canal with lush landscape has been created as a nature park.It stores rainwater that is collected from the district.
