  • ACTIVE GROUND FLOOR The ground floors of the residential blocks have commercial or community spaces.
  • WATER CANAL An artificial canal divides the development into two parts and creates a scenic route.
  • ADAPTIVE REUSE An existing landmark on site,the pump building , has been renovated and is now a cafe.
