Description
- GROUP SEATING This green garden seating forms the focal point of the courtyard. It provides users a connection with greenery despite being in the ocean.
- WATER CONNECTION The staggered arrangement opens outs the central area to views of the surrounding ocean.
- FLOATING STUDENT HOUSING Made of shipping containers, this temporary housing is constructed on a floating concrete platform along the harbour side.
- SUSTAINABLE FEATURES The rooftops have green roofs and solar panels. Thermal windows, LED lights and hydro powered heat pumps help in energy conservation.
-CENTRAL COURTYARD The central courtyard forms the heart of each housing unit. It is a community area for the residents.
