Description
- WIND BARRIER The buildings along the promeande are 6 storeys in height. They form a barrier and protect the rest of the development from harsh winds.
- PERMEABLE MATERIAL The buildings are inclined ,creating triangular plazas. These have been designed with permeable paving and street elements
- BOARDWALK A stepped wooden boardwalk runs along the promenade. Wide steps allow for large groups to sit at a time.
-WATERFRONT PROMENADE The pedestrian-friendly seaside promenade is designed along the edge of the site. It was designed as a public place for use by residents and general public.
