  • INDUSTRIAL HERITAGE The development pays homage to the industrial heritage of the site through its design and choice of materials like brick.
  • ACTIVATED GROUND FLOOR The ground floor of the housing complexes have commercial spaces
  • WATER FEATURE A water feature is designed as a focal point of the plaza
  • WATER DRAINAGE Water drainage system is designed as a part of the plaza.
  • CYCLE PARKING Public cycle racks are provided while entering the area to encourage soft mobility.
