- WATER FEATURE A water feature is designed as a focal point of the plaza
- WATER DRAINAGE Water drainage system is designed as a part of the plaza.
- CYCLE PARKING Public cycle racks are provided while entering the area to encourage soft mobility.
-PEDESTRIAN PLAZA The pedestrian plaza branches off into pathways that lead to the harbour front.The use of lush greenery and meandering pathways create a serene and close-knit feeling for users
