    -COMMUNITY SQUARE A small square forms an area for interaction & gatherings. Outdoor furniture is also placed for the purpose.

  • SHARED FACILITIES A community building is located centrally. Amenities like laundry area & communal kitchen are collectively used by residents.
  • COMMUNAL GARDENS A shared vegetable and fruit garden allows residents to grow their own food.
  • AGE-FRIENDLY This social housing development was designed by and for residents above age 50. The core idea is to live independently while having a close connection with community.
  • SMALL-SCALE There are few low-rise buildings to maintain a small-scale close-knit community
