- MATERIALITY Material palette of the buildings includes wooden and fibre cement facades with aluminium roofing.
- DISTRICT IDENTITY Unique gable houses provide an identity to the district while also protecting the interior of the district from sea-side winds.
- HUMAN-SCALED BUILDINGS The district is planned with low-rise buildings of 2-3 floors to maintain human-scale.
-GREEN COURTYARD The courtyard has been designed with ample greenery and pedestrian paths to create a park-like atmosphere.
