  • MATERIALITY Material palette of the buildings includes wooden and fibre cement facades with aluminium roofing.
  • DISTRICT IDENTITY Unique gable houses provide an identity to the district while also protecting the interior of the district from sea-side winds.
  • HUMAN-SCALED BUILDINGS The district is planned with low-rise buildings of 2-3 floors to maintain human-scale.
