- SHARED GARDENS Shared community gardens provide a way to unite the community while also creating a productive landscape.
- RESIDENTIAL ALLEY A network of pedestrian and cycling paths are designed. There is clear segregation of vehicular movement which is restricted to exterior.
- RAIN GARDENS Rain gardens aid in stormwater management. They also accomodate local wildlife.
- SOLAR POWERED Roofs are fitted with solar panels that generate energy for the development.
-ONE PLANET NEIGHBOURHOOD One Planet neighbourhood is a framework that promotes Net Zero standards and healthy living.
