- SUSTAINABLE MOBILITY There will only be electrical & semi-automatic vehicles within the city to create an eco-friendly environment.
- CIRCULAR WATER ECONOMY The development will be generating and using water in a circular methodology. For this purpose there will be desalination towers and rainwater collection canopies.
-ECO-EFFICIENT CITY It will be a self-sufficient city which with a strong connection to nature .It will have latest innovation with productive landscapes.
