- SOFT MOBILITY Wide sidewalks provide opportunities for use of innovative mobility options such as e-scooters and e-bikes
- BICYCLE BOLLARDS Sleek steel bicycle bollards double up as cycle parking stands. They were designed to be functional whilst being “invisible” in the streetscape.
- FURNISHED ZONE The furnished zone is a continous stretch lined with gravel. It has been planted with avenue trees and also has public street furniture.
- TRANSPARENT FACADE Use of transparent facade materials along the pedestrian corridors improves visual connectivity amongst users and residents
- ACTIVATED URBAN FLOOR Glass frontages, semi-open eateries and shops create an active ground floor.
-DEDICATED CYCLE LANES Seperate cycle lanes are provided along the main road . They improve connectivity for cyclists.
