Description
- LOW-RISE URBAN VILLAGE The buildings are low-rise, while the street is wide. The concept aims to bring in the feeling of a village setting.
- PERMEABLE MATERIAL The road is laid with pavers which allow for water infiltration, and create a sense of a pedestrian lane. Small depressions are created in the paver design to create paths for water flow
- LINEAR LAWN A stretch of lush lawn seperates the blocks, creating a flexible recreational space for the residents
-RESIDENTIAL STREET The residential rowhouses are seperated by this street which features on-street parking for the residents
