- PUBLIC SEATING Concrete seats can be found along the street providing areas for rest and social interaction
- WSUD- WATER SENSITIVE URBAN DESIGN Permeable paving and rooftop rainwater harvesting has been implemented.A special sub-foundation consisting of geo-textile and crushed stone helps in groundwater infiltration
-CLIMATE STREET Through the use of permeable paving surfaces and greenery, heat island effect is reduced and temperature is cooler
