- The reshaped coast, lakes, and waterways blend seamlessly with the natural environment

- The project consists of four districts- Ghadeer,Shatti,Golf and Marsa

- The Golf District has a golf course designed by Greg Norman and a business park.
- The Shatti District extends along the coastline and has many hotels.
- Sustainable design principles are incorporated into the architecture, including energy-efficient features and environmentally friendly materials.
- The architecture of Al Mouj combines modern design elements with traditional Omani influences.Traditional Omani architectural elements such as arches, domes, and decorative motifs are incorporated into the design.
