Description
- ACTIVATED GROUND FLOOR A cafe and public theatre is planned at the corner of the co-housing complex. It creates a mixed-use character.
- PAVED STREET The street is completely paved making it permeable. It also indicates pedestrian priority.
- CONNECTION TO WATER Seating is provided towards the water body. The public can access the water via a dock.
-BICYCLE STREET The street prioritises bicycles. It has a low speed limit of 15 km/hr. It connects to a bicycle bridge.
