This city is designed as a non-profit innovation district with a specific focus on youth and start-ups.
As a smart city, it will feature a digital twin to monitor and optimize city amenities, mobility, and infrastructure.

The city’s central area is called the Cluster, which connects the three main districts:
FORUM: The core of the masterplan, acting as an education hub and housing the foundation headquarters.
IMMERSIVE District: A prominent area dedicated to retail and culture.
LIFELINE District: Designed for live-work spaces, integrating residential and work environments.

The city is planned as a 10-minute city, where all areas are accessible within 10 minutes through an efficient mobility system.
Innovations include autonomous public buses, smart parking, and EV charging stations to support sustainable, high-tech transportation.

The district is designed as a walkable area, offering many outdoor recreational spaces, including the Wadi sports park, skateboarding rinks, and mountain biking trails.

The program is mixed-use, with a strong emphasis on incubating start-ups and small businesses.
Additional amenities include schools, retail spaces, and training areas.
