- THERMAL COMFORT A consistent canopy of trees have been planted along the boulevard to create a shaded and comfortable street.
- ACTIVATED SIDEWALK The ground floor of the buildings feature commercial spaces. The wide footpath allows for spillover spaces used for outdoor dining and street furniture.
- PUBLIC CYCLE PARKING Public cycle racks along the boulevard encourage soft mobility within the district
-PEDESTRIAN-FRIENDLY The narrow road lane with designated on-street parking regulates driving speeds and creates a safer pedestrian environment.
