- GREENERY The street has ample greenery at various scales such as trees and shrubs. The human-scale trees provide shade.
- GREEN/COOL ROOFS The buildings are energy-efficient. All the roofs are mandated to have green roofs or solar panels
-LIVING STREET The street will have one way traffic only to ensure pedestrian priority.Streets are connected through pedestrian trails.
