- SQUIRCLE STREETS A new typology of streets which are a mix of a square grid and circular road has been proposed
- “squircle”
- FUTURE DATA CONNECTIVITY A mass fibre optic cable system is proposed to provide data connectivity across streets and buildings in the district.
- DEDICATED SOFT MOBILITY LANE Seperate lane for sustainable modes such as cycles and e-scooters will improve connectivity
- AUTONOMOUS VEHICLES The district will support upcoming transport such as autonomous vehicles. There will also be drone ports.
-MODERN GARDEN CITY The development takes inspiration from the Garden City concept, providing a fusion of urban and agrarian life
