- WATERSIDE ELEMENTS Water elements such as bridges and dykes have been created along the water reservoir.
- NATURE WALK A winding pedestrian path is designed in the park , with seating.It follows the undulating landscape.
- WATER RESERVOIR The reservoir collects rainwater from the entire developement from the development and acts as a recreational focal point.
- WILDLIFE HABITAT The trees and vegetation acts as a habitat for local wildlife.
-GREEN BELT PARK A large green belt runs across the development , creating a open green space in the middle of the urban area.
