They provide areas for playing and interactions -EYES ON THE STREET Semi-outdoor rooms are designed all along the street. They provide visual connectivity & help in creating a sense of community -Stairs leading to raised floor of the residences -GREENERY Central tree plantings enhance the greenery, provide shade and act as focal points along the street -SOFT MOBILITY Raised entry to the homes provide space underneath for cycle parking -Plant beds provided near columns -ACCESSIBLE ROOFTOP Accessible rooftops are used as gardens and act as informal gathering spaces
