- ORGANIC HARDSCAPE The hardscape is organic with seating being integrated into the landscape design
- GRAPHIC SIGNAGE SYSTEM A special signage system was designed for the district, in line with the creative industry theme
- ACCESSIBLE DESIGN The hardscape is designed as a continuous plaza with gradual slopes and minimal obstructions, making it accessible
-PEDESTRIAN PLAZA The plaza is car-free and acts as the primary access for the various creative industry buildings in the district
