- SOCIAL ROOMS Glasshouses with seating and other furniture provide areas for small gatherings and get-togethers.
- OUTDOOR CHALKBOARD An asphalted pathway becomes an outdoor chalkboard for children. It also has coloured markings for outdoor games.
- PLAYFUL MOUNDS The landscape is designed as a sprawling lawn with undulating mounds creating a playful environment.
- SAND PIT A sand pit with wooden logs and a play-castle creates an area for interactions amongst children .
-SAFE & KID-FRIENDLY The courtyard is designed with various areas for play and interaction.It forms a safe space for kids to play, well within the view of the surrounding housing blocks.
