The city is designed with a focus on wellbeing and sustainability.
At the heart of the city is the CBD (Central Business District), which is bordered by a light industrial belt.
The CBD contains key amenities such as a sports stadium, museum, city university, and a large city park.
This large park branches out into the surrounding neighborhood clusters, creating a connected green network that links the entire city.

The city consists of 10 neighborhood clusters arranged in an orthogonal grid around the central district.
The villa cluster is the basic residential unit, with homes arranged around a traditional Kuwaiti cul-de-sac (farige), which acts as a shaded courtyard and shared space for residents.
A community center is formed by multiple villa clusters, offering amenities such as local parks, shops, nursery schools, kindergartens, and mosques within 250 meters of the residences.
These smaller communities combine to form larger neighborhoods, each featuring a residential center with a souk, health centers, youth facilities, and primary, elementary, and secondary schools.

The city promotes luxurious high-density living through diverse housing typologies.
The development will use a modular construction system, allowing for multiple configurations and supporting the local construction industry.
This flexible approach to construction ensures the adaptability and sustainability of the city's housing units.

Various leisure activities are planned, including desert glamping, e-biking, design galleries, and luxury shopping venues.
These attractions aim to provide a well-rounded lifestyle for residents, catering to both recreational and luxury experiences.
