- A portion of the courtyard is a protected green space. 13 new trees were planted in this area near the sports field and playground to provide shade.
- There is a productive landscape. Vegetable gardens have been positioned in areas with good sunlight. There is an existing orchard as well.
- The pergola has been provided with benches as seating and acts as a calm and serene reading area.
- The log amphitheatre acts as an outdoor classroom.
- Playgrounds have chipped floor surfaces with wooden play furniture.
- Colorful markings indicate the race tracks and bike paths.
- The courtyard is also planned to be accessible to the residents of the locality during the weekend.
