Description
- LOCAL ECOSYSTEM The landscape emulates a natural wetland area with the use of local plant species and rocks. It provides habitat for local wildlife.
- ON-SITE WATER TREATMENT Terraced ponds with water from the community’s treated blackwater. It has been designed to recreate the natural water cycle.
- CARBON NEUTRAL The development features water recycling, energy production and sustainable materials, making it a LEED Platinum certified neighbourhood
-GREENWAY It consists of a central water feature where ground floors can access the central path via small bridges.
