- RAINWATER HARVESTING Water from rooftops is taken underground. Planted areas along the road help in water infiltration
- PAVED CROSSINGS Paved pedestrian crossings along the road help indicate pedestrian priority.
-ZERO CARBON COMMUNITY The development achieved the 2016 carbon standard through several sustainable practices. There are rooftop solar panels and SiPs (Structural insulated panels) that help retain heat, reducing energy usage.
