Description

    -ZERO CARBON COMMUNITY The development achieved the 2016 carbon standard through several sustainable practices. There are rooftop solar panels and SiPs (Structural insulated panels) that help retain heat, reducing energy usage.

  • NATURE VIEW The buildings have been oriented in a way , to ensure views of the adjacent green belt.
  • SOCIAL INTERACTION The homes have been designed with front porches and balconies overlooking the shared green spaces, to foster social interaction
  • SuDS SOLUTIONS A sustainable urban drainage system has been planned through a system of bioswales and ponds.
  • RAINWATER HARVESTING Water from rooftops is taken underground. Planted areas along the road help in water infiltration
  • PAVED CROSSINGS Paved pedestrian crossings along the road help indicate pedestrian priority.
