- It is the masterplan for the transformation of the existing BMW plant into a future-ready manufacturing campus that can accommodate production suited towards electromobility
- The site is located at the heart of the city. The design aims to create a balanced productions spaces as well as improved urban environment.
- The campus would continue with its industrial activities. The plan proposes new assembly and logistics halls and a bodyshop.
- The campus would be integrated into its surroundings through improved future linkages and public spaces.
- A public park and entrance pockets have been planned at the perimeter of the campus.
- Public footpaths would be created along the residential edge.
- The buildings would have transparent facades to provide the public with a view of the innovation and production activities occurring inside.
