Description
- RAINWATER HARVESTING Rainwater is collected from roofs and streets. It is then directed through wetlands and cascading water bodies for treatment via natural processes.
- CONSTRUCTED WETLAND The constructed wetland consists of reed beds. Reed beds are used to filter the stormwater using natural processes.
- GREEN SQUARES Greenery is incorporated as squares and plazas to promote biodiversity. The site soil was remediated to enable plant growth.
- SPATIAL QUALITY The district is mainly low-rise with all buildings following a unified colour scheme. Building materials used are eco-friendly.
-SOFT MOBILITY STREET The street is pedestrian, cycling and walking is encouraged. Vehicular circulation is restricted to perimeter of district
