Land Use -A large portion of the site is being developed as a business park. -One portion of the site is being developed as a residential development. Other programs include offices, artist studios. -The district is being developed to have improved support and community facilities for the workers and residents. -The areas under the railway ducts are being proposed as recreational spaces. -An existing water body flowing through the site would form the basis of blue-green infrastructure. Mobility -Facilities for alternative modes of transport are being developed to reduce existing traffic congestion. -Two bicycle highways are being buiit as elevated roads above the industrial area. -Access to the region via public transport like railway is also being proposed.
